Who runs EDLAB

Homepage visitor reports

The homepage counts page views, app animation previews, App Store link clicks and game link clicks. Reports include approximate country, device type and referring website. These reports do not show App Store downloads or activity inside the games.

No analytics cookies are used. The server receives an IP address as part of a web request, but does not store the raw address in the analytics database. A daily rotating hash derived from the IP address and browser information estimates visitors. Daily counts are estimates rather than a count of identified people. Analytics records are automatically scheduled for deletion after 90 days; cleanup runs periodically when new events arrive. Do Not Track is respected.

Games and local progress

BALI.EXE and Make It Worse run on separate EDLAB subdomains. Games may save progress and preferences in your browser. BALI.EXE uses an anonymous identifier for progress and processes cursor positions and temporary drawings on its server for shared play. Drawings are visible to other players while they last. Do not write private information in shared areas.

Fortune Teller questions and copied text

Fortune Teller keeps your optional question and selected cards in the current page’s memory. It does not send your question to an AI service automatically. If you choose “Copy & open ChatGPT,” the page writes your question and ordered card names to your clipboard and opens ChatGPT. You decide whether to paste and send that text. Clipboard text can remain after you leave the page; replace it by copying something else if you prefer.

ChatGPT is a separate service with its own privacy policy. Avoid including sensitive personal information in a question. Closing or reloading Fortune Teller clears its in-memory question and spread.

Hosting and external services

EDLAB is published using Sites and served through Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers process requests needed to deliver and protect the website. External links, including Apple’s App Store and ChatGPT, take you to services governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Advertising

No advertising code or advertising trackers are currently loaded by EDLAB. If advertising is introduced, this page will be updated and applicable consent choices will be provided before advertising technologies are enabled where required.

Admin access

The private admin panel uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie after the owner signs in. It is used for authentication, not advertising. Visitor reports are restricted to the owner.

Your choices

You can enable Do Not Track to opt out of homepage analytics, clear browser storage to remove locally saved game progress, avoid shared drawings, and use Fortune Teller without entering a question. Contact us about data questions; analytics do not contain names, email addresses or a persistent cross-day visitor profile.
