POCKET CREATURE 1.5.0 · MAC
1. Unzip this download. Open Pocket Creature.app.
2. Your selected character is already included. No separate .pocket file needed.
3. Hover to show the circular menu. Drag the creature to move it.
4. Choose Edit, or right-click > Customize, to change character, name, size and sound.
5. Add up to 12 circle slots. Each slot can combine up to 10 ordered steps: movements, websites, apps, notes, focus and quiet time. Save changes when finished.
6. Select an app locally the first time its shortcut runs. Websites ask before opening.
7. Click the countdown card to pause/resume focus. Stop ends a mode. The × closes the app; the menu bar also has Quit.
8. Notes and settings are saved only on this Mac. Keep the app open for timers. It does not launch automatically or send analytics.
Existing users: replace the old app with this version. There is no automatic updater. Your local settings are retained. A newly downloaded character is applied once, then your in-app choice is remembered.
Requires macOS 13 or later, Intel or Apple Silicon. This early release is not Apple-notarized. macOS may warn about or block it. Do not disable system protections to open it.

Customize shows a plain list of shortcuts. Choose Edit for a small name/type/value form, or × to remove a shortcut. Each edit saves immediately. Advanced contains size, sound and combined routines.

New installs include Focus, Note and EDLAB. EDLAB opens https://edlab.fun/ directly. You can edit or delete any of them. They are not re-added after deletion. On upgrade, missing starter functions are added once if there is space; existing shortcuts are preserved.

Movement packs: Add shortcut > Movement > Choose movements. Click any of the 50 moves to append it, reorder/remove selected moves, press Try, then Use these moves. Name the pack and Save. One circle slot plays the entire sequence. No movement names need to be typed.
